職務内容

  • Oversee and manage the operations of the Omni Channel department.
  • Work closely with the 3PL to ensure that customer orders are appropriately prioritized and fulfilled on time and in full on a daily basis, that inventory movements are properly entered
  • Facilitates the continuous improvement processes at the 3PL, ensuring all Key Performance Indicators (KPI) are achieved. Driving and executing action plans for any necessary improvements.
  • Order management, inventory management
  • Coordinate with different teams to ensure smooth logistics process.
  • Implement strategies for optimizing the logistics operations.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by timely and efficient delivery of goods.
  • Provide guidance and support to the team members.
  • Stay updated with latest trends and technologies in the retail logistics.

理想の人材

A successful Assistant Manager, Omni Channel Operation (Logistics Department) should have:

  • Proven experience in retail logistics and operations.
  • 4-5 years of experience in warehousing operations with a sound working knowledge of material handling procedures, computer systems (WMS, POS, OMS), and related functions.
  • Strong Comprehensive knowledge of warehouse operation function and inventory, experience with 3PL management is preferred.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics or relevant field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Japanese.
