職務内容

  • Source, negotiate, and purchase materials in line with business requirements
  • Implement procurement strategies to maintain security of supply and optimum value for money
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers
  • Ensure compliance with the company's policies and procedures
  • Perform market research to identify new suppliers and business partners
  • Manage performance of suppliers to ensure delivery in line with operational requirements
  • Monitor market trends and implement strategies to ensure the company's supply chain remains competitive
  • Work closely with other departments to identify potential improvements to the procurement process

理想の人材

A successful Buyer should have:

  • A degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field
  • Experience in procurement and supply chain management within the Industrial/Manufacturing industry
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of market research, data analysis, and purchasing best practices
  • Proficiency in procurement software
