As a Client Success Manager, you will ensure the successful rollout of the Company's Connected Care products and services. You'll work closely with field sales teams and enterprise customers to address data privacy and information security concerns, facilitating seamless implementation.

My client is the global leader in implantable hearing solutions, dedicated to helping people with moderate to profound hearing loss experience a life full of hearing. They were established in Tokyo since early 90s, focusing on raising awareness among the elderly and improving access and services for the pediatric market.

職務内容

  • Customer Engagement: Explain data privacy and information security controls to key stakeholders to drive product adoption.
  • Sales Support: Partner with field sales teams to ensure the timely rollout of Connected Care products and services.
  • Knowledge Maintenance: Stay current on data privacy and information security details related to Connected Care products and services.
  • Training: Train and upskill regional customer-facing staff on data privacy and information security issues.
  • Process Improvement: Enhance regional infrastructure and processes to handle data privacy and information security inquiries.



理想の人材

  • Experience: At least 3+ years in a customer-facing role in the healthcare or medical device industry, with a focus on enterprise software sales or implementation.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication skills, customer and stakeholder management, and a strong understanding of data privacy regulations and information security.
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a technology-related field; certifications in information privacy (CIPP) or information security (CISSP, CISA) are a plus.
  • Attributes: Passion for technology in healthcare, analytical mindset, and ability to travel up to 50% (domestic and international).
