職務内容

  • Direct and oversee all business operations within the country
  • Develop and implement growth strategies and plans
  • Manage and lead a team towards achieving goals
  • Establish and maintain relationships with distributors
  • Ensure that the company's objectives and business operations are in line with local laws and regulations
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors
  • Report on business activities and performance to the headquarters

理想の人材

A successful 'Country Manager' should have:

  • A degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
  • Fluent in Japanese, business level English or Chinese
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Strong understanding of the industrial / manufacturing industry, robotics or factory automation is highly preferred
  • Proficient in developing and implementing strategic plans
  • Ability to work with diverse teams
