We are seeking a Client Service Center Supervisor to lead the customer service team for a global luxury brand in Tokyo. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, manage client relationships, and deliver a high-level customer experience across all touchpoints.

職務内容

  • Manage day-to-day customer service operations and team performance
  • Build strong relationships with clients and deliver personalized support
  • Handle escalations and complex customer inquiries
  • Oversee order management, shipping, returns, and fraud investigations
  • Analyze customer feedback and implement strategies to improve the client experience



理想の人材

  • Native-level in Japanese and Fluency in English
  • Minimum 1-3 years of people management in call center
  • Strong experience in customer service, e-commerce, or CRM
  • Familiarity with luxury clientele and communication style
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Experience in leading and motivating a team
