職務内容

  • Oversee daily office operations, including facilities management, vendor coordination, and office supplies procurement.
  • Support senior management with administrative tasks such as scheduling, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
  • Act as the primary contact for external vendors, building management, and service providers.
  • Manage office budgets, expenses, and invoicing processes to ensure cost efficiency.
  • Assist with HR-related functions, including onboarding, employee engagement initiatives, and office events.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations within the office.
  • Handle general IT support coordination and liaise with internal/external IT teams as needed.



理想の人材

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Japanese.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office management systems.
  • Ability to work independently while fostering a collaborative team environment.
