職務内容

  • Manage scheduling and logistics for client-facing and internal meetings
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights and accommodation
  • Deliver administrative support to investment and back-office teams
  • Run day-to-day office operations: handling calls, mail, and office supplies
  • Process monthly expenses and coordinate reimbursements
  • Prepare payments, manage invoice processing, and liaise with external accounting partners

理想の人材

  • Experience in administrative or office management roles, preferably in small teams or boutique firms
  • Fluent in both Japanese and English (business level required)
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Proactive, adaptable, and confident in solving day-to-day operational issues
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
