職務内容

  • Identify and attract high-quality candidates and manage their experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Provide expert consultative advice to clients regarding market trends and hiring strategies.
  • Build and maintain robust client relationships through excellent customer service and high-quality candidate placements.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet client needs.
  • Conduct candidate interviews and assessments.
  • Manage the negotiation process with candidates and clients.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
