職務内容

  • Provide strategic HR support to the management team
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Lead talent acquisition and retention strategies
  • Manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues
  • Oversee performance management and employee development programs
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations

理想の人材

  1. 5+ years of HR experience, with a passion for business partnership
  2. Strong communication skills in both Japanese and English
  3. Practical knowledge of Japanese labor laws and HR practices
  4. Track record of successful project management with leadership teams

Automotive or manufacturing industry background is a plus -
