Will be joining a leading global investment firm as a part-time invoicing operations assistant and process invoices.

• Transaction processing - trade support, settlement, trade entry, payment nettings

The Senior Business Operation Manager will be integral in driving operational efficiency in our client's Tokyo office. The role involves executing daily operational tasks, managing cross-functional projects, with an opportunity to lead a team to enhance business performance.

Will be part of the discretionally investment management (DIM) department of the leading global investment firm. This position is mainly responsible for supporting DIM professionals, preparing client materials, maintain client database, provide wire instructions to trust banks and schedule/meeting managemens.

• Prroactively respond to client inquiries and inform them about next steps
• Work efficiently with internal teams to prioritize client requests, and issue resolution
• Utilize company's technology solutions to handle client inquiries
• Attend scheduled client meetings

• Confirm and assist in settlement of fixed income transactions
• Assist with sub-account set up and allocations and be the middle person between clients the firm
• Allocate trades within internal system
• KYC support
• Call on and help reconcile failing transactions
• Assist the fixed income sales group

• Process trade finance and/or guarantee transactions & advise customers based on their product knowledge on their specific needs with the consideration to thhe bank's operational requirements.
• Check communication from clients and banks for completeness, and send documents to the counterpart.
• Work closely with the relationship managers dealing with corporate clients

• Responsible for fund operations in Japan, including management of relationships with external service providers including accountants and auditors.
• Oversee fund transactions including payments, loan covenants and distributions
• Prepare client reporting materials and responding to ad hoc client queries
• Management of fund budgets such as distribution forecasts

The Client Account Management will be closely supporting Client Advisors, who are tasked with building trusting relationships via the protection, management and operation of the financial assets of high net worth clients.

• Process all trades on trade date and resolve any queries or issues relating to trade capture, settlement and event processing
• Comply to the controls and procedures
• Support projects relating to system or process improvements and review of operational flows

• 新規顧客との取引開始事前確認として、フロントオフィス担当者と社内関連部署（KYCチーム、取引法務部、コンプライアンス部門等）とのタスク進捗の調整、管理等の業務を担当頂きます。
• 各海外拠点のクライアントサービスチームメンバーと共働し、各地域国の規制を踏襲し取引開始事前確認に係る業務を担当頂きます。
