Job Description

  • Collaborate with development teams to design, build, and maintain systems.
  • Troubleshoot issues across the entire technology stack: hardware, software, application, and network.
  • Automate deployment, management, and visibility of services.
  • Identify and mitigate systems reliability risks.
  • Participate in global team efforts and follow-the-sun operations.
  • Represent the team in design reviews and readiness exercises for new services.

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to debug and troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Interest in learning new technologies and solving hard problems with other teammates.
  • Familiarity with automation tools like Ansible, GitHub, and/or experience with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, Perl, or Ruby.
  • Experience with enterprise tools like AppDynamics, Grafana, Splunk, or Dynatrace is a plus.
  • Fluency in English (No Japanese language skills are required for this position).
