Job Description

  • Develop, implement, and maintain Java applications
  • Conduct software analysis, programming, testing, and debugging.
  • Provide technical support and expertise to our Tokyo-based team.
  • Ensure compliance with the latest industry standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and roll out new features.
  • Maintain documentation for reference and reporting.
  • Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
  • Drive continuous adoption and integration of relevant new technologies into design.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

  • A degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Java programming and fintech solutions. (7+ years or around these years)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of the retail industry and its technological demands.
  • Exceptional communication skills and team spirit.
