Job Description

  • Work in agile environment to develop and maintain applications (new and legacy) on cloud platforms
  • Work with the product owner and business analyst to understand the business needs and inform the development of applications
  • Build and maintain ETL codes
  • Develop user interfaces using JavaScript frameworks
  • Design and support data management framework for the company's large internal and external datasets
  • Evaluate the impact of scaling up and scaling out to ensure sustained data management and delivery performance

The Successful Applicant

  • Business level Japanese and business level English
  • Extensive development experience from scratch with core Java/Python, web application experience (Angular/React or other JavaScript frameworks)
  • Knowledge and hands on experience in API and cloud technologies
  • Extensive knowledge of OOjs and vanilla concepts.
  • Experience with databases like MS SQL, Aurora Postgres, Azure SQL, Sybase, etc.
  • Experience on Data services, ETL
  • Knowledge of DevOps
  • Experience in the financial industry
