Job Description

  • Perform AP accounting and fixed asset accounting activities
  • Handle monthly closing processes together with the Accounting Manager and ensure accurate financial reporting
  • Manage bank payments efficiently and accurately
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities for the retail department
  • Work with SAP systems for all accounting tasks
  • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to improve financial processes
  • Communicate effectively in both Japanese and English

The Successful Applicant

A successful AP Accountant should have:

  • Proficiency in Japanese and English languages
  • Experience with SAP or similar financial software
  • Knowledge of AP accounting and fixed asset accounting
  • Experience in managing bank payments
