Job Description

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy targeting the consumer journey (awareness, consideration, conversion).
  • Oversee brand communications, ensuring consistency across all platforms, from social media to SEO.
  • Manage social media platforms to drive engagement and awareness.
  • Lead new product launches and marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with local agencies to create marketing content and assets.
  • Analyze digital KPIs and provide reports on campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Drive digital marketing strategies, including influencer marketing, SEM, SEO, and social media campaigns.
  • Optimize digital advertising across various platforms, ensuring targeted growth.
  • Identify consumer pain points and adjust content strategies accordingly.



The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in brand and digital marketing, especially within the consumer goods or beauty sector.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, digital advertising, and influencer marketing.
  • Ability to independently create and execute digital campaigns that drive brand growth.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and optimize digital marketing activities.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience working with local and international teams.
  • Passionate about building and growing a brand in the competitive Japanese market.
