Job Description

  • Lead the creation and distribution of corporate communications in both English and Japanese, ensuring consistency across internal and external materials (memos, intranet updates, brochures, reports, etc.).
  • Plan and execute employee engagement events and partner with internal teams on global initiatives, local campaigns, and philanthropic activities aligned with the company's values.
  • Collaborate with media relations and marketing teams to support public relations activities and manage bilingual content for the firm's website, social media, and marketing materials.

The Successful Applicant

  • At least 4 years experience in a communication related position.
  • Fluent in both Japanese and English, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills, and a background in corporate communications or related fields.
  • Strong project management abilities, with the capacity to multitask, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail while working independently or as part of a team.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, maintain confidentiality, and conduct research for data collection and analysis.
