Job Description

  • Monitor business processes and project progress, ensuring effective risk management.
  • Define and analyze KPIs related to cost, quality, and delivery, driving continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement internal control measures to enhance compliance.
  • Collaborate with various departments to optimize business efficiency.
  • Support internal audits and regulatory compliance by managing documentation and reporting.



The Successful Applicant

  • Experience in control management, internal audit, risk management, or compliance.
  • Strong data analysis skills and experience in monitoring KPIs.
  • Knowledge of project management is a plus.
  • Business-level Japanese required; English proficiency is a plus.
  • Certifications such as CPA, CFA, PMP, or ITIL are highly valued.
