Job Description

  • Elicit, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Develop and optimize business process models.
  • Conduct data analysis and translate findings into actionable insights.
  • Support system implementation and process automation projects.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to project planning.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
  • Familiarity with SDLC and methodologies like Agile or Waterfall.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently or in a team.
