Job Description

  • Oversee warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage the logistics department, coordinating with other teams for smooth operations.
  • Implement strategies to improve warehouse processes and performance.
  • Manage inventory, forecasting needs, and handling procurement.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to warehouse staff, promoting a positive work environment.
  • Handle customer queries and complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular warehouse inspections, ensuring safety and cleanliness.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Warehouse Manager should have:
