Our client is globally well-known for their high quality gadgets. The products ranges from gaming laptop, smartphones, tablets, monitors and computer accessories.

Job Description

  • Plan, execute, and manage consumer events like product launches and previews.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to organize successful events.
  • Coordinate and manage overseas tours for customers and media.
  • Plan and execute education industry events in partnership with the sales team.
  • Handle venue selection, event agenda planning, and team organization.
  • Oversee product trial areas, product introduction slides, and day-of event management.
  • Conduct post-event reporting, effectiveness measurement, and improvement reviews.
  • Manage event-related payments and administrative tasks.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Event Marketing should have:

  • Business-level proficiency in Japanese and either English or Chinese.
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in Japan with event planning and management experience.
  • Work visa required for foreign nationals.
  • Preferred experience in the IT industry and an interest in computers.
