Job Description

  • Develop and manage productive/profitable analysis, such as sales per person, area, customer, business channels, product, cost, marketing promotion, etc. to give business partner with insight based on financial data
  • Lead all aspects of FP&A (forecast, budget, long-range planning, and variance analysis for BS, PL, CF)
  • Analyse actual against budget/ forecast, prior year, monthly trend, competitors etc.
  • Generate regular financial package report
  • Work cross-functionally on productivity/profitability analysis, budgeting and forecasting projects
  • Research variances to forecast, budget, and prior-year expenses, identifying opportunities for improvement (ROI)

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience in financial analysis, FPA, and/or equivalent roles in strategic finance
  • Business level Japanese and English
  • Ability to prioritise and process quickly based on objective indicators
  • Communicate constructively and respect others
  • Able to work independently and a good team player
  • Excel, Power point skill
  • Understanding accounting standard (GAAP)
