Our client is a leading life insurance company committed to robust risk management. Their Financial & Enterprise Risk Management (FERM) division plays a critical role in assessing financial risks, ensuring strong governance, and aligning with global risk standards.

Job Description

  • Conduct independent financial risk reviews under the company's risk framework.
  • Support enterprise risk management (ERM) initiatives and governance processes.
  • Communicate with global risk teams to align local practices with international standards.
  • Perform risk-related data analysis and reporting to senior stakeholders.
  • Contribute to actuarial risk assessments and broader risk governance efforts.

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong curiosity and analytical mindset.
  • Background as an actuary with experience in financial risk assessment.
  • Full Japanese language proficiency for internal communication.
  • English reading skills; speaking/writing skills are a plus.
  • Experience in the financial industry; life insurance experience preferred.



Preferred Qualifications:

  • Fluent in both Japanese and English.
  • Full or partial actuarial qualification
