Job Description

  • Forecast market trends and assess financial impacts of emerging risks.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop strategic risk mitigation measures.
  • Provide advisory support on risk methodologies and process improvements.
  • Deliver self-assessments of risk controls and implement necessary enhancements.
  • Ensure risk awareness across the organization through training and engagement.
  • Develop policies to mitigate financial risks and enhance governance structures.
  • Analyze external risk factors related to corporate governance.

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong experience in risk management within financial services.
  • Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks and principles.
  • Leadership Experience with at least 2 direct reports.
  • Experience in developing and implementing risk policies and controls.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluency in both English and Japanese (verbal and written).
