Job Description

  • Business Partnership: Collaborate extensively with local distributors and internal teams to drive business performance and strategic initiatives.
  • Financial Management: Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Expense Control: Analyze and control business expenses, ensuring alignment with budgets and strategic goals.
  • Revenue Management: Monitor and manage revenue streams, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Strategic Planning: Participate in regional strategic planning and decision-making processes.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.

The Successful Applicant

  • MUST: Fluent in Japanese and English (spoken and written).
  • Proven experience in financial management, preferably within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong business partnership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
