Job Description



  • Coordinate recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes, including issuing contracts and managing new starter documentation.


  • Provide first-line HR advice and support on policies, procedures, and employment-related queries.


  • Assist with employee relations casework, including disciplinary and performance matters.


  • Manage HR administrative tasks such as filing, letters, contractual updates, and invoice processing.


  • Maintain accurate records in HR systems and support payroll and benefits administration.


  • Organize and track employee training, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.


  • Support internal communications and act as a liaison between HR and other departments.

The Successful Applicant



  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Japanese.


  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in administrative tasks.


  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; SAP experience is a plus.


  • Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.


  • Sound understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.


  • Strong team player with a proactive and solution-focused mindset.


  • Ability to adapt to new technology and systems quickly.


  • Enthusiastic about fashion and committed to creating a great employee experience.
