We are seeking a skilled and resourceful IT Infrastructure Engineer to join our dynamic IT team. As a key player, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and troubleshooting network and server infrastructure, ensuring smooth and secure IT operations.

Job Description

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot L3-level network issues escalated from L1/L2 teams
  • Monitor network performance and design upgrades & expansions
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth network operations
  • Maintain Windows/Linux operating systems, virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), and security settings
  • Automate server tasks and improve operational efficiency
  • Document IT solutions and best practices
  • Provide technical support to internal users as needed
  • Maintain the IT maintenance calendar and communicate updates to stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience in IT Infrastructure
  • Deep understanding of networking protocols, security, and troubleshooting methodologies
  • Strong documentation and IT knowledge management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
  • Fluent Japanese & Business English
