Job Description

  • Provide IT support for hardware, software, and system issues
  • Assist in the maintenance and monitoring of the network
  • Ensure system and data security measures are in place and updated
  • Assist in the implementation of IT projects
  • Document IT procedures and provide user training
  • Coordinate with vendors for the procurement of new systems and software
  • Stay updated with the latest technology trends
  • Provide an outstanding level of customer service to all staff

The Successful Applicant

A successful IT Support should have:

  • A degree in IT or related field
  • Proficiency in various software systems and platforms
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and customer service skills especially in Japanese and English
