Job Description

  • Lead design, monitoring, and optimization of credit risk strategies for lending portfolios
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, operations, risk, and marketing teams
  • Translate complex data into actionable strategies and portfolio improvements
  • Analyze key metrics, identify risks and opportunities, and present insights
  • Support compliance with local regulatory requirements and lending laws
  • Drive continuous learning and promote inclusive team culture

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience in credit risk, lending strategy, or analytics
  • Strong data analysis skills with tools like SQL, Python, SAS, or R
  • Clear and persuasive communication across cross-functional teams
  • Ability to balance growth and risk to deliver sustainable results
  • Experience with Japan's Installment Sales Law preferred
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Japanese
  • Bachelor's degree required
