Job Description

  • Manage and oversee procurement processes for APAC and other international regions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align procurement strategies.
  • Monitor market trends and supplier performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company and industry regulations.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in procurement projects.
  • Contribute to the development of procurement policies and procedures.

The Successful Applicant

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Fluent Japanese and business English level
  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience in Procurement
  • Proven experience in driving substantial global cost-saving initiatives through demand management strategies.
  • Strong ability to manage business operations, engage with senior stakeholders, and navigate complex environments with suppliers.
