Job Description

  • Design and implement customer-facing strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing & Agency team to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze customer interaction data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Report on the effectiveness of implemented strategies, making necessary adjustments as needed.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
  • Stay current on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and guidelines.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Director, Customer Facing Strategy Planning should have:

  • A degree in Life Sciences, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a strategic planning role, preferably in the Life Science sector.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong understanding of customer relationship management strategies.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and strategic planning.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
