Job Description

  • Translate and localize industry reports and business materials from Japanese to English.
  • Edit content to ensure clarity, tone, and cultural accuracy for global readers.
  • Collaborate with analysts and content creators to improve original material.
  • Provide constructive feedback to improve translation quality across the team.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance content quality and translation processes.
  • Support team-wide operational improvements and workflow enhancements.

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong background in business-focused Japanese to English translation.
  • Comfortable working remotely and communicating.
  • Capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Curious and informed about business, finance, and industry trends.
  • Open to using tools like machine translation and Excel for process improvement.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and motivated to contribute to team success.
