We're seeking experienced talent with AI/ML background to join the team. The ideal candidate will be monitoring the AI Strategy to ensure its is complying with the regulatory and ethnic.

About Our Client

Our client is an internationally recognized insurance corporation with a wide reach. As a large organization, they are committed to innovation and excellence, and prioritise their commitment to providing top-notch insurance services in Tokyo and beyond.

To expand their business, they are going through transformation to expand the use of AI in their new business strategy. They are looking for talent who has solid experience in AI/ ML area to support the monitoring of the strategy. The role plays a very important role in the team to ensure the policy rolling out smoothly and aligning with regulation and ethnic standard.

At this position, you would be communicating with senior members directly to offer suggestion and advice. The team is very international. The company also offers very flexible working hours and hybrid working format.

Job Description

  • Lead the implementation of AI governance strategies.
  • Coordinate with various teams to ensure compliance with data governance policies.
  • Develop and implement training programs for AI best practices.
  • Monitor AI systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Support the Data Platform & Strategy team in strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with technology departments to streamline AI processes.
  • Lead initiatives to improve AI transparency and accountability.

The Successful Applicant

  • Fully bilingual speaking ability in Japanese and English.
  • Strong knowledge in AI/ML project, as well as knowledge related to Risk Management and Data Governance.
  • At least 8 years working experience.
