Job Description

  • Lead and manage projects for different financial offices, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
  • Collaborate effectively with various internal teams to ensure project goals are met.
  • Monitor project progress using Agile and Waterfall method, identify and mitigate risks.
  • Report project status to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Facilitate communication and resolve conflicts within the project team.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the project team.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
  • Promote data-driven decision making within the organization.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

  • Strong project management skills with financial institution.
  • Project leading experience
  • Fluent communication with stakeholders in both Japanese and English.
  • Knowledge with data analytics tools is highly preferred.
