Job Description

  • Support the implementation of the company's AML program
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and make necessary recommendations
  • Keep up-to-date with AML regulations and standards
  • Assist in the development of AML training materials
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance
  • Prepare and present AML reports to management
  • Facilitate internal audits related to AML compliance
  • Provide support in investigations of suspicious activities

The Successful Applicant

A successful AML Specialist should have:

  • An educational background in Finance, Business, or a related field
  • AML Compliance experience
  • Knowledge of local and international AML regulations
  • Strong communication skills in both Japanese (native level) and English (business level)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team
