Job Description

  • Generate and send invoices, monitor payments, and address discrepancies with internal teams.
  • Accurately record and apply payments, ensuring timely collections and follow-ups on overdue invoices.
  • Proactively manage outstanding accounts, resolve billing issues, and collaborate with teams to address concerns.
  • Regularly reconcile receivables, identify discrepancies, and initiate collection efforts as needed.
  • Prepare AR reports, analyze trends, assess customer credit, and recommend credit limit adjustments.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, support financial audits, and assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.



The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience in accounts receivable or billing.
  • Proficient in accounting software and Excel.
  • Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Effective communicator with customers and teams.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage tasks and deadlines.
  • Fluent in Japanese and English with solid accounting knowledge.
