Job Description

  • Conduct AR accounting tasks with precision and timeliness.
  • Prepare and distribute invoices to customers.
  • Monitor customer accounts for timely payments.
  • Verify customer credit limits to maintain financial stability.
  • Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
  • Arrange the cash collection to ensure efficient financial operations.
  • Utilize Excel to manage and analyse financial data.
  • Communicate effectively in English and Japanese to interact with international clients.

The Successful Applicant

A successful AR Accountant should have:

  • A solid understanding of AR accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in English and Japanese for seamless communication.
  • Strong skills in Excel to manage and analyse financial data.
  • Experience with preparing invoices, monitoring customer accounts, and verifying customer credit limits.
  • Capability to reconcile the accounts receivable ledger and arrange cash collection.
