Job Description

  • Supervise and manage the Accounting team, including accountants and financial assistants.
  • Suggest updates and improvements for accounting systems.
  • Report to the Finance Manager overseas with timely and accurate financial information.
  • Assist in presenting reports to senior executives, stakeholders, and board members.
  • Ensure the company's financial systems are robust, compliant, and support current activities and future growth.
  • Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Accounting Manager should have:

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
  • Proficient understanding of accounting principles.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Proficiency in using financial software and MS Office.
