Job Description

  • Oversee and manage all financial operations within the company.
  • Develop and implement budgets in accordance with the company's financial goals.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve financial performance and profitability.
  • Collaborate with other department leaders to align financial management with short and long-term financial planning and projections.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Provide financial insight and advice to the company's leadership team.
  • Implement and maintain financial controls and procedures within the organization.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Manager should have:

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
  • Proven experience in financial management within the transport & distribution industry.
  • Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical, strategic planning and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A high level of integrity, accuracy and attention to detail.
