Job Description

  • Lead cross-functional DevOps teams in development and operations
  • Design and implement system architecture at scale
  • Oversee CI/CD pipelines and automation tooling
  • Manage infrastructure across cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.)
  • Resolve complex cross-team issues and risks
  • Drive efficiency through process improvement and automation
  • Mentor and coach engineers in DevOps best practices

The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years of experience in DevOps/system/software engineering
  • 7+ years with DevOps principles and CI/CD pipelines
  • Advanced scripting ability (Python, Bash)
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Vault
  • Experience with FOSS tools (PostgreSQL, Redis, etc.)
  • Strong problem-solving and incident management skills
  • Background in team leadership and technical mentorship
  • Familiarity with tools like Jenkins, ArgoCD, and cloud infrastructure
