Job Description

As the Head of Integrated Logistics, your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading all Integrated Logistics (4PL4PL/Lead Logistics) business development efforts across Japan
  • Identifying strategic client opportunities and crafting tailored end-to-end supply chain solutions
  • Managing the commercial process from client targeting to pricing, bidding, and solution design
  • Collaborating with global and regional counterparts to localizelocalize strategy
  • Building executive-level relationships and acting as a trusted advisor for major clients
  • Supporting post-sales operations and ensuring successful service delivery



The Successful Applicant

We are looking for a highly motivated Head of Integrated Logistics with:

  • A proven background in business development or solution sales in transport and distribution, logistics, or supply chain
  • Strong communication skills in Japanese and English (business level)
  • A consultative approach and confidence working with senior stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently in a matrix organizationorganization with regional/global support
  • Leadership experience and an entrepreneurial mindset
