Job Description

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing and business plans for laboratory solutions.
  • Lead a high-performing team, ensuring marketing, portfolio management, and commercial excellence.
  • Oversee business analytics, financial planning, and sales force optimization.
  • Strengthen customer relationships and establish the company as a trusted industry partner.
  • Drive process improvements and strategic business development initiatives.
  • Act as a key thought leader, shaping market strategy and future growth opportunities.



The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in sales or marketing within the healthcare sector (IVD or medical devices preferred).
  • Proven track record of driving business success, strategic planning, and team development.
  • Experience collaborating with global HQ and working in an international environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams of 20+.
  • Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English.
