Job Description

  • Manage and maintain server virtualization technology (VMware) to ensure stability and efficiency.
  • Drive network configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting for seamless operations.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors as the primary contact for system development and maintenance.
  • Lead projects and ensure successful implementation of IT initiatives.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions

The Successful Applicant

  • 3+ years of network/server design and construction experience.
  • Service desk operational experience and familiarity with backup systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive attitude and leadership experience in a global company.
  • Openness to new technologies and challenges.
  • Network qualifications (CCNP, LPIC-2, etc.) and server qualifications (LinuC, VMware VCP, AWS Solution Architect, etc.) are a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in Japanese and English.
