This role is to turn business needs into CRM product, manage the development team well, and make sure the product launches successfully. We will work closely with the business team, track the development process, and check the quality to deliver the product. In the end, we will lead the CRM product development to help the company reach its goals.

Job Description

- Analyze and clarify requirements from business units, and identify the functions and business process improvements required for the Business Support system.

- Convey requirements to development and testing teams, and subsequently work to review design and test scenarios.

- to coordinate with CS team to determine requirement, and work closely with engineers to meet stakeholders' needs

- lead over whole development phases from requirements definition to system operation and issues

- improving the process. with experience and innovative idea

The Successful Applicant

- Excellent requirements definition and analysis skills

- Excellent communication skills; able to communicate smoothly with both development teams and customers

- Good project management skills, particularly with scheduling and co-ordination

- Ability to review Design, Test scenarios
