A major enterprise group in Japan with a global footprint, known for its innovation in e-commerce, logistics, fintech, and digital services. This position supports their logistics business by driving system innovation and efficiency.

Job Description

  • Lead a team of developers and promote Agile methodology through daily Scrum practices
  • Oversee technical design and execution across front-end, back-end, and mobile platforms
  • Ensure code quality through code reviews, testing, and documentation
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business goals into technical specifications
  • Manage integration, deployment, and monitoring of applications using CI/CD pipelines



The Successful Applicant

  • Strong experience leading Agile development teams
  • Proficient in Java, React, Android SDK, Spring Framework, RESTful APIs
  • Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL (e.g., Redis)
  • Familiarity with Jenkins, SonarQube, and testing tools such as JUnit or Jest
  • Skilled in using JIRA and Confluence for documentation and project tracking
