Job Description



  • Leading the full system development lifecycle projects.


  • Creating and managing detailed project plans in coordination with business partners and shared service teams


  • Managing and guiding IT delivery teams, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards


  • Identifying and resolving project risks and issues proactively


  • Facilitating regular project meetings, tracking milestones, and ensuring clear communication


  • Providing technical and analytical support to team members across the project lifecycle



The Successful Applicant



  • 5+ years of experience managing projects for Japanese clients as a vendor


  • Strong understanding of SDLC and project management methodologies


  • Experience working with client-side stakeholders at the working level


  • Ability to collaborate effectively with onsite and offshore delivery teams


  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management ability


  • Native-level Japanese proficiency is essential
