Job Description

  • Program Coordination & Project Management: Oversee and manage multiple projects within each program, ensuring effective resource allocation, clear task delegation, and timely achievement of milestones.
  • Team Leadership: Ensure program teams are set up for success by clearly defining objectives and supporting their development.
  • Strategic Alignment: Align digital solutions with clients' business strategies to ensure company's offerings meet their unique needs.
  • Trusted Partnership: Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact.
  • Growth & Expansion: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional digital solutions to existing clients.



The Successful Applicant


  • Complex Project Leadership: Experience in managing complex software development projects across diverse industries.
  • Comprehensive Management Skills: End-to-end experience in program, project, and client management within an enterprise context.
  • Client Relationship Excellence: Proven ability to build, maintain, and enhance long-lasting client relationships through high-quality customer service and effective conflict management.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration: Experience in leading, motivating, and coordinating teams, ensuring collaborative success
  • Language Proficiency: Business-level fluency in both Japanese and English.
  • Results-Driven: A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with a strong focus on delivering tangible results.
