We are seeking a committed Sales Manager with a strong understanding of the telecommunication industry to bolster our sales team. The ideal candidate will lead and inspire the team to exceed sales targets and facilitate growth within the IoT / Connectivity market in Japan.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets
  • Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
  • Negotiate and close agreements with large customers
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
  • Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop targeted sales strategies

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sales Manager should have:

  • Proven Sales experience of products preferably in the IoT, Wireless and Mobile Network experiences
  • Expertise in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • An understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer service attitude
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate a high-performance sales team
  • Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Availability to travel as needed
