Job Description

  • Communicate with the NOC team (mainly in Japanese, some English).
  • Support product updates, fixes, and manual corrections.
  • Review network and operation manuals (Japanese documentation).
  • Update internal technical documents and training materials.
  • Edit and execute existing Python scripts.



The Successful Applicant

  • Business-level Japanese (English reading/writing preferred).
  • Experience with Linux/Windows installation & troubleshooting.
  • Basic networking knowledge & understanding of security concepts.
  • Experience with SaaS product configuration & updates.
  • Skilled in technical documentation using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
