Job Description

【IT Support】として以下のことを担当します：

  • ハードウェア、ソフトウェアの設定とメンテナンス
  • テクニカルな問題のトラブルシューティング
  • テクニカルな問題のエスカレーション
  • システムのセキュリティとプライバシーの保護
  • インフラ関連のシステムの運用管理保守

The Successful Applicant

スキルと経験

  • ２年以上のITサポートとしての実務経験
  • システム管理とネットワーク管理の知識
  • トラブルシューティングの知識経験
  • チケッティングシステムに関する知識経験



言語力

  • ネイティブレベルの日本語
  • ビジネスレベルの英語
