Job Description

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to the Industrial / Manufacturing industry.
  • Identify new business opportunities and foster relationships with potential clients.
  • Regularly report on sales performance and market trends.
  • Work closely with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Contribute to the design and launch of new products in the market.
  • Ensure high level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
  • Coordinate with other departments for efficient business operations.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows for networking and to stay updated on market trends.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Development Manager should have:

  • A solid understanding of the retailers such as Yodobashi Camera, Bic Camera, Edion, etc.
  • Proven experience in a sales or business development role.
  • Strong networking skills and the ability to build relationships with clients.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • The capability to work well in a team and to lead and inspire others.
